Washrooms at Euston House

Interfix’s experience in washroom refurbishment ensured the company was selected to carry out a refit where cost-effectiveness and quality were the client’s primary objectives.

The company designed and installed a new set of sanitary facilities at Euston House, a multi-storey office block in north-west London. Working to a tight budget, Interfix’s installers were given a three-week deadline to complete the refurbishment. They were hampered by two incidents: the site’s temporary closure due to the discovery of asbestos, whilst a major leak outside the building also led to work delays.

Despite the unforeseen challenges, Interfix provided the 30m2 washroom with a stunning new fit-out. It included the supply and installation of cubicles, a WC and urinal ducts. Smart, durable sanitaryware, including Corian vanity units and mirrors, were also installed.

Once again, the diligence and skill of Interfix’s outstanding installers enabled them to overcome some major site issues and deliver a smart set of washroom facilities to the client’s budget and deadline requirements, and total satisfaction.
