Washrooms at Mote Park Indoor Bowls Club

Mote Park Indoor Bowls Club had recognised issues with their washroom drainage systems, which incorporated high levels of cost and maintenance to control. Being a popular venue within the community, Mote Park Bowls Club contacted Interfix, to resolve the issues and give the washroom a much-needed refresh.

The washroom of 35m2 was completely refurbished, with works on drainage being the core focus. Before new fittings and features were installed, Interfix re-ran and altered the drainage pipework. Once the drainage issues had been resolved, Interfix made a start on the rest of the project.

New ceiling, lighting, and wall cladding were installed as part of the refurbishment. WC ducts, solid grade laminate cubicles, safety flooring, and Corian wash troughs were also installed. Sensor operated WC flushing was also incorporated into the refurbishment, for added hygiene and design purposes.

The reconfiguration of the pipework at the beginning of the project enabled the washrooms to be fitted with hot and cold sensor-controlled taps. Which was a great addition to the refurbishment.

Work at Mote Park Indoor Bowls Club was completed within 4 weeks. The tight turnaround was to minimise disruption to the members of the club.
