Bacons College, in Rotherhithe London had experienced a lot of anti-social behaviour and what with aged and very well used Washrooms they required a fresh look at everything to upgrade to functional washrooms with more visual ability for staff to be able to monitor activity in the toilets.

The refurbishment included, Solid Grade Laminate full height cubicles, WC Ducts and Vanity bases with Corian Washtroughs and back to wall WC pans, also new flooring and ceilings and lighting – connecting to the existing extract system. The entrance walls were removed to solve the issue of monitoring the activity in the toilets.

The project was delivered partly in the holiday period and also during term time which necessitated the need for Interfix DBS checked staff to deliver the project safely.

The end result has given the staff the ability to monitor the Washrooms and also the use of high quality fittings and cubicles should give a long life expectancy for these washrooms.
