Washrooms At Watergardens Shopping Centre
The washroom facilities at The Watergardens Shopping Centre were becoming increasingly outdated, and required substantial maintenance on a regular basis. Therefore we were contacted in order to tackle the problem, by developing a completely new design for the space.
We were also asked to look into the options of changing the layout to incorporate a new office for the management suite, and update the facilities throughout the designated area.
We created layouts in order to achieve the best use of the space available, and after liaisons with an independent building surveyor we were given the go-ahead to complete the project.
The new washrooms are colourful and functional, and the client was very pleased with the result.
